PITCH DECKS

CREATIVE PITCH DECKS FOR FILM, TELEVISION AND PODCAST

Emily the Strange: Animated Movie Primer

Complementary pitch asset. Printed & hand-bound in-house

Following Emily the Strange's brand guidelines from creator Rob Reger, I designed this booklet that tells the story of Emily the Strange as a character and highlights the brand's achievements, while also introducing new story ideas and key members of the production team. The visual style followed a well-established brand identity, drawing on design elements from the comics and the novel, such as polaroids, patterns, and frames. The decision to hand-sew the booklet with red string reflected Emily; she’s a maverick, an inventor, and a DIYer.

The package was sent to Warner Brothers' CEOs and WB Animation teams to greenlight the production of the animated film. The project is currently in development, with the script being written by Pam Ribon.
